And, if you’re not careful, you can become so paralyzed by responsibilities and other ‘to-dos’ in your daily routine that you fall into a perpetual state of procrastination and stuckness.

Even the most focused individuals can get tangled up in a web of stuckness, clutter, and busyness. Everything becomes a struggle, leaving you feeling exhausted, apathetic, unmotivated, uncreative, unfulfilled, lost, out of alignment and even burned out!

The Process

Personal Coaching

The QUEST Personal Coaching Process involves five simple steps.

Step 1: We A.) Qualify and B.) Quantify the Coaching Relationship

A. QUALIFY
We each simply determine if we feel we would be a good “fit” and desire to work together. If so, we discuss the coaching relationship and sign a coaching agreement.

B. QUANTIFY
We collect some information about you to help us get to know you better. We send you a welcome packet with some documents to be completed that helps us get started. We may also suggest that you complete one or more assessments that can help in our coaching relationship. We utilize two primary assessments:

  • DISC® Behavioral / Temperament Assessment
  • EQ-I 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment

Step 2: Understand the Current Situation

Once we receive the initial data, we begin our coaching sessions. We begin by exploring, identifying, and understanding the current issues that you would like to address. You are in charge of your coaching sessions. We explore the who, what, when, where, and why of the current situation. We determine the details of “where we are now.”

Step 3: Envision the Future/Desired Results

Once we have a clear picture of your current situation and determine where you are now, we begin to explore where you would like to be. We talk about your vision and your future. It is here that vision, direction, goals, and objectives begin to surface.

Step 4: Strategize

Creating strategy is where positive change begins to happen. We identify your most important objectives and begin to develop a plan and set goals to help you get there! We develop a measurable action plan and discuss the particulars of how to implement it. Your coach will provide encouragement, support, and accountability to help you get from where you are to where you want to be!

Step 5: Test the Process

After each coaching session, your coach will summarize the coaching session and “test” the session for understanding and commitment from you. After each session you will complete a post-coaching form. The form helps facilitate direction, clarity of action, and next steps. These post-coaching forms provide an excellent method of tracking the value and benefits gained from the coaching session
